Conflict of Interest Act Course Training and Certificate of Completion
- Log in to the Knowledge Center - https://covkc.virginia.gov/kc/login/login.asp?kc_ident=kc0001.
- Click on “Learning Center”.
- Select “Course Info.& Enrollment.
- Type the phrase “conflict of interest” in the block for Keywords and click “search”.
- Select 3rd option which states “Va. State & Local Conflict of Interest Act Training”.
- For your benefit, print this page as it gives red highlighted steps on how to obtain your Certificate after course completion.
- To complete your Statement of Economic Interests form, click on the words “SOEI Disclosure Statement form”. You may fill out electronically and print, or print and complete in written format.
- At bottom of this page, click on “Take Course” to complete training and certificate.
- Forward your Economic Statement Form and Certificate to HR.
