Changing your DNS :

Right Click on Network Places

The Network and Dial-up Properties box will appear

Select Local Area Connection

Right Click

Select Properties

The Local Area Connection Properties Box will Open

Locate TCP/IP

Use the scroll buttons to scroll down to locate if necessary
 

Once you have located TCP/IP, highlight and click the properties button.

When the TCP/IP properties box opens, click on the Advanced button at the bottom of the box.
The Advanced TCP/IP Settings box opens.  Click on the DNS tab at the top.

Your DNS configuration should match the configuration example above.
 

If you have 128.239.200.2 entered as a DNS server, highlight that entry.  Click the Remove button.

If you do not have 172.16.7.62 as an entry, click the Add button.

Enter the IP address exactly as shown above.
Click Add.
To complete changes, click OK until you have closed the Local Area Connection properties altogether.
