Help!  I keep getting messages that my mailbox is full.

Please note: Your mailbox will only hold a certain number of messages and when it reaches it's limit, the system will start sending messages to warn you that it is full or nearing full capacity.  You can get these messages to stop by cleaning up your mailbox folders.

You will want to delete items from your mailbox folders by clicking on the folder and then selecting items on the page to delete.  To remove several messages at once: this can be accomplished by holding down the Shift key on your keyboard and then selecting the first and last message you want to delete. You can then either right-click on the messages and select Delete or you can click the 'X' button on the toolbar.

 

Once you have deleted the items, they are not actually deleted from your mailbox. The items are then moved to your Deleted Items folder.  You will want to right-click on your Deleted Items folder and click Empty Deleted Items to permanently remove the messages from your mailbox.
