Consult the RBC Student Email pages for assistance first and review Known Issues listed below.
Ask your professor for assistance. They can confirm your
Student Email ID.
Go to the Library or Academic Lab for assistance. If a password change is required, you will need to show them your RBC Student ID or your Driver's License.

Known Issues:
OWA 2003 is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6 or 7. If you are running a version of Internet Explorer lower than these versions then it is suggested that either you upgrade IE to version 6 or try using another browser. Suggestions: Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com) or Netscape (http://www.netscape.com).
Updated - If you receive a security pop-up box, please click 'Yes' on the box that displays to continue. If you are running
Internet Explorer 7, you will be redirected to a "Certificate Error:
Navigation Blocked" page that gives you three options. Please click on the option to "Continue to this website (not recommended)".
Updated(9/21/07)- If you are running Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7,
RBC student email is now compatible with Windows Vista and Internet
Explorer 7.
If you are running Windows 98 and IE 6.0 and you are still having problems logging into your email account, it is recommended that you try using another browser. Suggestions: Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com) or Netscape (http://www.netscape.com).
If you are running AOL, then you will want to sign into your AOL account and then minimize the AOL session. You will then want to open Internet Explorer and point your browser to https://199.111.38.61/exchange.
If you are able to log in but are not able to view email messages, then you may be running some type of software that blocks .eml files.
