1. Select Tools
2. Select Options and click on the
Other tab.
3. Click the middle button: AutoArchive.
Here, you can designate automatic AutoArchive and deletion as well as the file path.
To specify more detailed auto archive settings,
1. Select desired folder, ie: Inbox
2. Right click and select properties
This dialog box will appear:
3. Click on the AutoArchive tab.
4. You can specify individual settings
for AutoArchive.
