OK, your sitting at a new PC and want to use your Outlook? All you have to do is setup your own Outlook Profile on that desktop.
Locate the Outlook Shortcut icon on the desktop.
Right click on the icon and select Properties
The Microsoft Exchange Properties Dialogue Box appears

Click on the Show Profiles Button

Click on the Add button
The Microsoft Outlook Setup Wizard appears

Click on the Microsoft Exchange Server block with your
left mouse button.
This will put a check mark in the box.
Click Next
Name your profile:

Our standard nomenclature is the first initial of
your
first name and your last name. ie: yourlastname
Click Next

Key in the name of the Exchange Server:
Zeon
Key in the name of your mailbox:
Remember, that is the first initial of your first name and your last name.
Click Next
Answer the next questions:
Do you travel with this computer?
NO
Click Next

That’s all there is to it! Click Finish.
Now, when you open Outlook, simply select your profile.
Don't forget to THINK SECURITY! Remember to LOG OFF that PC when you are finished.
