Editing your Outlook Profile in
Outlook 2000
Locate the Outlook Shortcut icon on the desktop.
Right click on the icon and select Properties
The Microsoft Exchange Properties Dialogue Box appears

If the Exchange box does not appear, or if you do not have a shortcut on your desktop, Click on the Start button on the windows launch bar. Select Settings. Select Control Panel. Locate the icon called MAIL. Double Click on the icon. The exchange properties dialogue box will open.
Click on the Show Profiles Button

Notice the profile listed in the field: When
starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile:
Locate this profile is the larger white box above. Highlight this
profile and click on properties.
In the field labeled Mailbox, delete the current entry and key in your
username.
Click Check Name

Click Apply and OK.
That’s all there is to it! Click OK to close
