Blackboard is a course management system that was implemented at Richard Bland College in the Fall of 2001. Many RBC professors use Blackboard to enhance their courses and a few courses are taught online. If you do not see courses you are enrolled in listed in Blackboard, please check with your professors to see if they are using it for their courses.
