Four-Bedroom Apartment – Six Occupants (two single rooms & two double rooms)

A double occupancy bedroom in a four bedroom and two bathroom apartment will cost $3,840 per student each semester. This includes a room with two beds and a shared bathroom.

A single occupancy bedroom in a four bedroom and two bathroom apartment will cost $4,160 per student each semester. This includes a room with one bed and shared bathroom.

Four-Bedroom Apartment – Four Single Occupancies

A single room occupancy bedroom in these four-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment will cost $4,270 per student each semester.

Three-Bedroom Apartment – Three Single Occupancies

A three-bedroom, two bathroom apartment will cost $4,500 per student each semester. This includes a private bedroom and a shared bathroom.

Two-Bedroom Apartment – Two Single Occupancies

A two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment will cost $4,800 per student each semester. This includes a private bedroom and shared bathroom.

One-Bedroom Apartment – Double Occupancy

A one-bedroom apartment will cost $4,270 per student each semester. This includes a double occupancy room and a bathroom.

Summer Cost:
A room in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment during any of the summer sessions will cost $250.00 per week per student. Students must be enrolled in at least one class during the entire time of occupancy to live in the residence halls during the summer.
