Known Issues:

• OWA is best viewed using Internet Explorer 7 or 8. If you are running a version of Internet Explorer lower than these versions then it is suggested that either you upgrade IE to version 7 or 8 or try using another browser. Suggestions: Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com).

• If you are running AOL, then you will want to sign into your AOL account and then minimize the AOL session. You will then want to open Internet Explorer and point your browser to https://lonestar.rbc.edu/owa.

• If you are able to log in but are not able to view email messages, then you may be running some type of software that blocks .eml files.

Please check the Antivirus/Security Suite vendor's website if you purchased the software from a store: (some examples)
