- The Lukmire Partnership was responsible for: Performing Arts Theater at George Mason University—Fairfax, Virginia; Jomie Jazz Center at Marshall University— Huntington, West Virginia; Science Building at Mary Washington College—Fredericksburg, Virginia; Fine Arts & Technology Building at Northern Virginia Community College—Leesburg, Virginia; Medical Education Campus at Northern Virginia Community College—Springfield, Virginia; Science Building at Prince George's Community College—Largo, Maryland; C.
