Hours: Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sunday 2 - 5 p.m.

Circulation and User Services
Students receive a library keytag upon checkout of materials. Books are checked out for a 3-week period with one renewal. Overdue fines accrue at .25 per day. Videos and DVDs are checked out for 3 days with no renewals. Overdue fines accrue at a rate of $1.00 per day. A maximum of 5 items may be checked out at one time.
Reserve materials may be checked out at the circulation desk. These items may be available for in library use only, overnight 3 days, etc. Overdue fines accrue at a rate of $1.00 per day.

Richard Bland College Library is a member of RALC (Richmond Academic Library Consortium). RALC promotes sharing of materials among the Richmond area academic libraries.
