FYI . . . Information about Reserves

Reserve Desk | Electronic Reserves | Instructions for Faculty

Reserve Desk

Location: Library Circulation Desk

Materials Available: Books, videorecordings, CDs, and photocopied documents placed on Reserve by instructors for student use.

Student Availability: By presenting a valid library key tag card at the Circulation Desk, students may borrow reserve items for a specific period of time, designated by the instructor, such as same day, overnight, 3 days, or 14 days.

Online Reserve Lists: Students can view lists of materials available at the RBC Reserve Desk through the Reserve Desk component of LION (the library catalog). When searching for reserves in LION, students should limit their search to the reserve desk: R-BLAND Reserves. Students may then search by instructor's last name, course name, or course number.

Late Charges: The overdue fine for late reserve items is $1 per day.
