This holiday season, RBC Librarians used personal funds to give the following...


Anthony's Buddies

Solider and gift

Librarians mailed a vast array of food and entertainment items to soldiers fighting in Iraq. Learn more about this special program on the Anthony's Buddies web page.

 

Recovering Soldiers

Holiday card and mailbox

To further support the troops, librarians mailed fifty individual letters to recovering soldiers through the Maryland American Red Cross.

 

Greenfield Assisted Living

Joy with greeting cards, leather RBC bookmarks and calendars

On behalf of the library staff, Joy Galloni mails a greeting card, calendar, and leather RBC Library bookmark to every Greenfield Assisted Living resident.


And RBC Librarians were touched and honored to receive the following...


Holiday plant, flowers and candy from Mr. Andrews

Dr. Virginia Cherry, Joy Galloni, Curtis Andrews, Irene Handy and Deborah Vroman

Mr. Curtis Andrews made like Santa and treated the library staff to a beautiful poinsetia, a bouquet of flowers and boxes of candy. Learn more about Mr. Andrews and the many ways he has spoiled the librarians!

 

The Anonymous Donor strikes again!
