Rotaract Donates to CARES @ your library®
CARES, which stands for "Crisis Assistance Response Emergency Shelter" is a women's shelter in Petersburg for the homeless, domestic violence victims, and the needy traveler.
The RBC Rotaract Club collected clothing items for women and children to donate to this shelter.
