Susan Greenbaum Gives Outdoor Concert
Susan Greenbaum is a singer-songwriter from Kansas City, who now lives in Richmond, VA. After quitting her day job as a corporate executive at a Fortune 500 company, Susan began performing full-time. She has opened for Jewel, Kenny Loggins, and Patty Griffin, among others. Susan always draws big, enthusiastic audiences who delight in her lively, diverse and powerful performances. The most frequently heard comment at her gigs is, "Great songs--and how does all that big, beautiful sound come out of someone under five feet tall?" In 2012, Susan was voted "Best Richmond Singer and Songwriter" in Style Weekly’s Annual "Best of Richmond" poll, finishing ahead of Jason Mraz. If you haven't heard her great voice and music, or would like to hear her great life stories (involving Conan O’Brien, Norman Greenbaum, and many others), listen to an hour-long live studio performance and interview on VCU's student radio station WVCW. You can also listen to clips of her songs on her website.
