Richard Bland College is the only two year public institution in Virginia to have residence hall. No state money was used in the construction of the residential complex; The College instituted the Campaign for the Future of Richard Bland College with a goal of $5 million. With the help of The College of William and Mary's Board of Visitors, individual donors, businesses, grants, Foundations, faculty and staff, and others, Richard Bland College is now able to provide a quality education for students from all across the Commonwealth and beyond. The College is still receiving gifts and there are still naming opportunities.
