The Registrar's Office handles:
• prepare course listing• schedule adjustments
• course drops/ withdrawals
• non-degree registration
• summer registration
• academic standing
• transcript services
• grades
• checks degree requirements
• evaluates transfer credits for admitted students
• evaluates course transfers for current students
• provides enrollment verification
• maintains students' official records
• prints and mails diplomas
• co-ordinates commencement activities
Commencement exercises occur only once per year in May. The ceremony is comprised of the previous fall and current spring graduates and upcoming summer candidates. Graduation applications are due in this office by:
• November 1 - for fall candidates• February 1 - for spring candidates
• July 1 - for summer candidates
