Cardiovascular 

                 3 - 5 workouts per week (20 - 60 minutes duration)

                     5 points per workout

Activities include but are not limited to:

walking all levels

tennis, singles or doubles

jogging all levels

racquetball

aerobic dance

Nordic Track

step aerobics

golf (twosome - carry clubs)

stationary equipment

canoeing

basketball (full court 1/2 hr.)

hiking

basketball (half court 1 hr.)

roller blading

dancing (vigorous)

ice skating

biking all levels

skiing (downhill or cross country)

swimming all strokes
