Fall 2017 Refund Policy

Refunds for Course Drops:

Students who drop courses shall be entitled to a refund of a portion of tuition paid for the semester in which they are currently enrolled, as outlined below:

Refunds for Withdrawal from College:

Official withdrawal from college must be in writing to avoid receiving failing grades for registered courses. Students withdrawing from the College must complete the “Official Withdrawal Form,” obtain applicable signatures, and submit it to the Registrar’s Office by the penalty drop date- October 27, 2017. The form is available on the College website and in the Registrar’s Office. All student accounts with the College must be settled before the withdrawal process can be completed.

Students withdrawing from a current semester will also be withdrawn from any upcoming semesters for which they are preregistered. Students desiring to return to the College must apply for readmission. Students who withdraw in good standing shall be entitled to a refund of a portion of tuition paid for the semester in which they are currently enrolled, as outlined below:

Refunds for Housing & Meal Drops:

Housing and meal charges begin the first day of move in on August 11, 2017.  Students can cancel and receive a refund of all funds minus the daily proration up to the date they canceled their assignment and meal plan through August 18th.  The college will follow the outline below.

NOTES:

  • Prorated charges are the daily rate charges. The amount is determined by the students’ room assignment.
  • Any damages will be deducted from damage deposit, then refund, then any remaining balance will be billed to the student.
