RTTO stands for “Rise To The Occasion.” The purpose of RTTO is to discuss situations that are going on in the world, address positives and negatives of a situation, and apply the key points to our lives so that we can RISE to our highest level of living. Rise To LEADERSHIP is a program intended to help people understand what it means to be a leader and acquire multiple leadership skills. Through this program, I want people to view leadership as a stepping stone for success. These principals have the ability to enhance each person as a student, athlete, co-worker and family member.
