Brown Bag Lunch Conversation – Enlightening Attitudes Toward Mental Health
@ Student Engagement Center
In support of the library’s mission to bring together our campus we will be hosting monthly informal talks given by faculty, staff, students and community members. This month will feature members of the Cameron K. Gallagher SPEAK UP Foundation, who’s mission is critical to help shift the current mindset of our society and reduce the negative stigma associated with mental illness. This foundation not only cultivates understanding about mental illness, but it also empowers students who are struggling to “Speak Up” about their battles.
In addition to providing plenty of food for thought, we also offer free pizza at every Brown Bag, courtesy of Campus Engagement.
