Mindful Meditation – Open to all students, faculty and staff

Alternate Thursday’s (8/25, 9/8, 9/22, 10/6, 10/20, 11/3, 11/17, 12/1) from 2-2:30 pm in the Virginia Room, located on the second floor of the Library.

Meditation has been shown to help improve focus, concentration and memory.

Want to learn how to meditate? Come join us! Sessions are open to everyone at Richard Bland College of William & Mary and will include a 20 minute guided meditation along with time for questions and discussion.
