RBC Continues Partnership With Chesterfield Chamber for Leadership Chesterfield
Richard Bland College of William & Mary and the Chesterfield Chamber has continued the partnership to present Leadership Chesterfield, a strategic program designed to educate rising business leaders on how to grow and strengthen business networking and civic engagement.
“Richard Bland College is thrilled to continue working with the Chesterfield Chamber to offer leadership training to help grow our leaders and support our businesses, and communities grow and thrive,” said President Debbie L. Sydow. “In a time of so much uncertainty, it’s critical that we build leaders that are nimble and innovative. This program helps develop those leaders.”
“As communities, businesses, and residents continue to be nimble in a rapidly changing environment, building leaders to carry us beyond is most critical today. Leadership Chesterfield will be a catalyst in the County of identifying those leaders and their passion in which they want to serve,” said Danielle MW Fitz-Hugh, President & CEO. “Richard Bland College continues to be our great partner to help accomplish those goals.”
Justin Lundie, a recent Leadership Chesterfield graduate said, “I was able to reinforce good habits I already had and develop some opportunities for growth as a leader. The content was meaningful, relevant, and engaging.”
Leadership Chesterfield consists of nine workshops from October 2020 through June 2021. The sessions will be held from 9 am to 1 pm on the third Tuesday of each month at various locations throughout Chesterfield County chosen to enrich learning in a business environment.
