Richard Bland College is the only two-year residential college in Virginia. The residence halls were built in 2008 and offer apartment-style living with state-of-the-art amenities. Students are able to live and eat affordably starting at just $9,840 per year ranging up to $11,640 per year depending on their room assignment.

Kelly Gee

Bio:

Ms. Gee is a graduate of Richard Bland College. During her time at the College, she was a journalist for the Bon Homme newspaper, Team Captain for Relay for Life and Secretary of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She continued her education at William & Mary earning a B.A. in Government and at Virginia Tech earning a M.A. in Political Science. Ms. Gee served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Delegate Kirk Cox ’81, 55^th Speaker of the House of Delegates. Since 2018, she has served as Manager of Government Relations for the Virginia Lottery overseeing all strategy and execution of legislative outreach efforts and policy implementation.
