How can I start charging?

Using your smartphone, simply point your camera app at the QR code on the charger and tap the notification prompt to launch the mobile web portal.

 

The first page will give basic station information, such as pricing and site details. Tap “Next” once you have reviewed the pricing.

 

 

Plug in your vehicle. Tap “Next” when complete.

 

How can I start charging image

Select your preferred payment method. You can choose between manually entering your credit card information, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or alternative methods listed in the mobile web portal which vary by site. Tap “Start” when complete.

 

How can I start charging image

Enter your mobile phone number. You will receive an SMS text updating you when your session starts, ends, and if there are any errors during your session.

Monitor your session. You can view the live status of your session at the link texted to you and monitor charging activity. You can stop the session here or on your vehicle. When charging is complete, you will receive a digital receipt.
