Richard Bland College of William & Mary is the only two-year residential college in Virginia. The residence halls were built in 2008 and offer apartment-style living with state-of-the-art amenities. Students are able to live and eat affordably starting at just $9,840 per year ranging up to $11,640 per year depending on their room assignment.

Foundation Board

William H. Talley, IV

Immediate Past Chair (Ex Officio)

Bio:

Mr. Talley is the President and CEO of William H. Talley & Son, Inc., an insurance and financial services firm. He is the past President of the Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, past Board Chairman of the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia, and past member of the Virginia United Methodist Pensions, Inc. Board. He currently serves as Director, Richmond Advisory Board for SunTrust Bank, a Trustee for the Petersburg Methodist Home for Girls Foundation and is on the Virginia Financial Services Corporation Board. Mr. Talley is a Past Council President and Member of the Executive Board for the Heart of Virginia Council, BSA and the Southern Region Board for the Boy Scouts of America. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a B.A. in Economics, and he served on numerous VMI boards and other business and civic boards.
