The Richard Bland College Human Resources staff provides centralized support to faculty, students, and staff in the areas employee relations, faculty and staff recruitment, selection and retention, classification and compensation, payroll, benefits and leave administration, training, and professional development. We work closely with campus leaders to build a positively engaged workforce capable of accomplishing the College’s strategic mission.
