Residence Halls

Richard Bland College of William & Mary is the only two-year residential college in Virginia. The residence halls were built in 2008 and offer apartment-style living with state-of-the-art amenities. Students are able to live affordably starting at just $7,680 per year ranging up to $9,600 per year depending on their room assignment.

Housing Application 2014-2015

Due to the limited space in our residence halls, we give priority to those students who live outside a 30-mile radius of the college. The Office of Residence Life will contact you via the email you provide with more information about your application status.
