Richard Bland College of William & Mary is the only two-year residential college in Virginia. The residence halls were built in 2008 and offer apartment-style living with state-of-the-art amenities. Students are able to live affordably starting at just $7,680 per year ranging up to $9,600 per year depending on their room assignment. Housing Application 2014-2015
Due to a record number of applications, we have reached capacity and are now accepting applications for our waiting list. Housing assignments will be mailed out at the end of July.
Live on Campus Summer 2014
Housing rates will be billed at $150 per week to live on campus during summer 2014. Please contact Candice Barnack at (804) 862-6161 to apply and ask about our discount program for summer housing.
Every apartment includes the following:
- Furnished bedroom with bed, desk, dresser, and closet
- Large, furnished living room with a couch, table, and chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven
- Washer and dryer
- Secured access
- On-site parking
- Equipped for cable television, internet, and telephone
