Richard Bland College of William & Mary is the only two-year residential college in Virginia. The residence halls were built in 2008 and offer apartment-style living with state-of-the-art amenities. Students are able to live and eat affordably starting at just $9,840 per year ranging up to $11,640 per year depending on their room assignment.

The Barn of Terror on the grounds of Richard Bland College is the haunted attraction to experience this Halloween season! This ghostly event begins the moment you step from your car as monsters and other ghoulish creatures roam in the dark. Visitors will have to navigate a graveyard of the living dead before entering the early 20th-century barn that houses the asylum of fear. General admission is $5 per person; RBC student admission is $2 per student. No one under 11 will be admitted.
