Statesman Account Management (SAM)

Please note: We updated the login page for SAM (and Canvas) on Tuesday, January 17, 2017.

Statesman Account Management (SAM) is a self-service password reset and account unlock tool for RBC.

Please note:

We updated the login page for SAM (and Canvas) on Tuesday, January 17, 2017.  This update might require you to log out of the system and log back in.  If you have bookmarked the SAM page, please update your bookmarks by accessing the Login or Unlock/Reset Password buttons listed below.  When you log into the new system, it will prompt you for an alternate email address (other than your RBC email address).  This will allow you to unlock/reset passwords via one-time use passcodes (OTPs) that will be emailed to the alternate email address.  Please let us know if you need assistance or have any questions: STAC@rbc.edu or (804) 862-6401.

Use the Login button for the following features:

  • Register with SAM
